College Of The Ozarks I Lively Hall

This project consists of a 224-bed residence hall on the College of the Ozarks campus. A commons area complete with a full kitchen is provided for student use near the main entry to the building for the highest level of social interaction among residents. Soft seating, bar style seating, tables/chairs, and a TV will be provided in this area. In addition, a two-story atrium and gathering area is provided to bring the students together. The building is strategically broken up from its repetitive dorm footprint to allow students to congregate throughout the building.

The following amenities were provided due to COVID-19: automatic sliding glass doors with key card opener at the main entry for touch-less entry, key card activated opening on other entries, sneeze guards at the main reception desk, hand sanitizer locations, automatic faucets and toilets in public restrooms, and water bottle fillers in lieu of a water fountains.
