Paden joined N·FORM Architecture after graduating from the Hammons School of Architecture at Drury University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture History and a Master’s degree in Architecture.
Paden is passionate about historic buildings and leads historic preservation projects for the firm. His extensive research skills ensure that his project renovations compliment the original historic details and finishes. Notable projects include Ashcroft Hall at College of the Ozarks and restoration of the Historic Lincoln County Courthouse Columns. The former received a Missouri Historic Preservation Award.
Paden’s passion for preservation extends outside of the office. He serves on the Greene County Historic Sites Board and previously served as the chair of the City of Springfield Landmark’s Board. Paden also serves as an adjunct professor at his alma mater.
